Although this book has been around for a long time, I have enjoyed reading it many times. Sometimes, we all need to slow down, remember our values, and put them into practice.

This book offers wisdom on many levels. While I mainly read it to gain inspiration for my business, it has also helped me personally. Covey’s views are empowering and foster the belief that dreams are attainable with the willingness to grow, change, and see things differently.

This book is based on over 40 years of research. It presents practical, proven strategies for creating and meeting goals that millions have used to achieve extraordinary things.

Brain Tracey explains the seven key elements of goal setting and the 12 steps necessary to set and accomplish goals of any size.

Tracy shows how to do the crucial work of determining one’s strengths, values, and true goals.

The biggest takeaway from reading this one was measuring your progress. This is something we forget about when setting goals. We set them but do not review them consistently throughout our journey toward our goals. Having milestones each month to help keep you on track or change what is not working is a great way to keep your progress in motion to achieve the goals you set for your business & personal life.
